About this Apprenticeship
Working student role in spare parts management focused on pricing and data analysis: spare parts business analyses, price simulations, project support and your own smaller projects.
What You'll Learn
- Analyses of the spare parts business, such as sales by sales channel and region, and making revenue and profit potential visible.
- Simulation calculations on price changes and their effects on revenue and profit.
- Project support in recalculating the full-service rates: preparing cost and consumption data and turning it into the monthly customer rate.
- Your own smaller projects, for example a competitor analysis including price calculation, with a presentation of the results to customer service.
- Support with spare parts pricing, documentation and improving master data quality.
- Help establish process standards in operations and monitor compliance.
Requirements
- Ongoing studies in business administration, economics or industrial engineering, ideally with an interest in technical products.
- First practical experience from internships or a working student job in a commercial or technical environment is an advantage.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially confident use of Excel including formulas and pivot analyses. Experience with Excel/VBA or AI-supported analyses is a plus.
- German skills at least at level C1 and very good English skills (B2), both spoken and written.
- Numbers are more to you than rows in a table: you spot patterns, question results and prepare them so others can work with them.
- You take initiative: you learn new topics on your own, go beyond pure research and also stand up for your results in front of colleagues.
What Hako GmbH offers
- An exciting work environment with fair pay.
- Flexible working hours and mobile working, with flextime and the option to work from home now and then.
- Company canteen with employer subsidy, so you can enjoy varied and affordable meals.
- Stay active together: our company sports groups offer a sporty change with your colleagues.
- Family-friendly company: as a partner of "Familie & Beruf im HanseBelt" we actively support a good balance between work and private life.
- A strong team and appreciative company culture: it is not only about work but also about togetherness.
