Global Brand Specialist

As a Global Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in developing the strategy for our range of blood pressure monitors, thermometers and self-tests. You will develop international marketing strategies, analyse market and competitor trends and help position our products successfully. You can contribute your own ideas, take responsibility and develop professionally and personally in a modern working environment.

• Help develop and improve the marketing strategy for blood pressure monitors, thermometers and self-tests
• Implement the marketing strategy and related activities, including product and brand communications, sales support and training, pricing, branding, and brand and product management
• Continuously analyse market trends and competitor activities to develop and support product innovation and positioning
• Develop and implement commercial activities to increase sales volumes, revenue and market shares in international markets
• Independently implement product changes and launches and lead projects across functions within product lifecycle management projects, following HARTMANN project standards
• Develop convincing sales arguments and communication materials tailored to target groups to support successful local implementation across sales channels
• Implement marketing concepts based on consumer, shopper and customer insights and segmentation
• Manage and monitor the assigned product range internationally
• Establish and expand an international network of internal and external stakeholders

• Completed degree in business or economics, or an equivalent qualification gained through relevant work experience and further training
• Experience in consumer marketing, ideally in an international setting in the medical industry or a similar sector
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives in a structured way and successfully lead teams across departments
• Strong ability to get things done and turn strategic concepts into specific actions and measurable results
• Interest in forward-looking marketing strategies, digital business models and innovation
• An entrepreneurial, results-focused mindset combined with a sales-focused approach; technical understanding is an advantage
• Openness and ability to question existing approaches critically and identify new opportunities
• Fluent German and English
