Customer Care Agent, 12-Month Contract

HARTMANN is hiring for several agent roles at its customer centre in Heidenheim on 12-month contracts. You independently support customers from ordering through to payment, coordinate requests and work closely with internal departments.

• Coordinate and independently handle all customer requests in the customer centre as a single point of contact
• Provide advice by phone and in writing on products, orders, deliveries and invoices
• Process customer orders throughout the entire ordering and payment process
• Receive and handle service and product complaints and resolve payment differences
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through professional communication focused on solutions
• Work closely with internal departments such as sales, logistics, finance, marketing and regulatory affairs
• Develop solutions for customers within existing processes and guidelines

• Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification gained through business work experience or further training
• Strong focus on service and customers
• Ability to take responsibility, find solutions and follow clear processes
• Ability to work in a team and enjoyment of working with different departments
• Some experience in telephone customer support or customer service
• Good working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Salesforce knowledge desirable
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or medical devices desirable
