Customer service employee, care supply management - 12 months

HARTMANN is seeking a customer service employee for care supply management in Heidenheim an der Brenz. You will support the supply of incontinence and care products, communicate with customers by phone and in writing, and ensure contractual and data protection requirements are met. The position lasts 12 months.

• Communicate by phone and in writing with end users and care supply partners
• Advise customers, including arranging samples and giving product advice
• Develop plans across teams and functions
• Build customer relationships with care supply partners, especially supported living services and home care providers
• Handle and resolve quality issues in the supply of incontinence and care products for home care
• Ensure all contractual requirements of health and long-term care insurers and all data protection requirements are met
• Support, monitor and advise external partners (call centres) in daily operations
• Ensure end users receive suitable, cost-effective incontinence products through appropriate advice and documentation

• Completed commercial vocational training, a medical background or equivalent qualifications gained through several years of relevant work in a medical setting
• Further training related to incontinence care, such as in specialist medical retail, is an advantage
• Some experience communicating with customers by phone and in writing
• Good working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office is an advantage
• Knowledge of the process for supplying incontinence products through statutory health insurance is preferred
• Fluent spoken and written German is required
