Dual Study Bachelor of Arts Business Administration – Risk and Insurance Management Insurance Bank Sales

Start your dual study program at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. You are not alone with us: we accompany you on your path, support you individually, and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your dual study program in bank sales, you work closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to accompany customers in important decisions regarding insurance, provision, and financial investments.

• Combine theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heidenheim or Stuttgart.
• Understand insurance: You learn about our insurance and financial products and experience what advising real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on advisory meetings, create offers, and support the team in closing contracts.

• University entrance qualification with good math grades – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and business topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of training
