Apprenticeship as IT Specialist for System Integration

In addition, we develop, implement, and distribute our innovative warehouse management system WMS.O, STEP1, and PRISMA.SLS – a forklift guidance system with localization technology. With our software solutions, we control and optimize processes in internal logistics and production for our customers.

Serve as contact person for specialist departments; develop information and telecommunication technology solutions; determine and manage user requirements; plan and create application solutions; set up and prepare customer systems; install, commission, and configure workstations and other devices such as printers, WLAN access points, routers, and telephone systems at customer sites (regional); provide general customer support (on-site/by phone/remote) for all IT-related issues and queries using the in-house ticket system; create and maintain technical documentation, support deployed project groups and sub-project managers.

Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), technical college entrance qualification (Fachoberschulreife), or specialized secondary school diploma (Fachabitur); openness; commitment and personal responsibility; flexibility; teamwork skills; logical and analytical thinking; commercial and IT understanding; proven practical knowledge of common MS Office products.
