Dual Study Program Health Management

Start your dual study program "Health Management" at the Hanseatic Health Insurance Fund. Because we are looking for motivated dual students starting 01.08.2027. The dual study program lasts a total of 7 semesters. You study at the FOM Hamburg, Health Management in classroom study (2 days per week). You have the perfect mix of theory and practice: You can independently apply the basics of your studies in our company. In a rotating process, you will get to know our staff departments in order to understand and link the interrelationships of the healthcare system. You will get to know our most important contacts in the healthcare system, participate in negotiations, and work on joint projects. Responsible tasks in which you learn strategic, analytical, and conceptual work are part of your daily work routine. In addition, you acquire valuable management skills. The perfect basis for a senior position with specialist, consulting, or management competence.

Good to very good (technical) Abitur. Interest in economic, health policy, and medical topics. An open and communicative manner. A high degree of motivation as well as time and organizational management. Enjoyment of teamwork.
