MFA / Medical Assistant

• You will be responsible for telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the reception desk.
• You will contribute to the organization and optimization of internal processes and ensure smooth practice operations.
• In addition to preparing for examinations and treatments, you will also assist with minor orthopedic and vascular surgical procedures.
• Administrative tasks such as electronic data management, maintaining and managing patient files, and supporting service recording and billing are also part of your responsibilities.
• You will work closely in a dedicated and experienced team of Medical Assistants and specialist doctors.

• You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Nurse (m/f/d), Doctor's Assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent Ausbildung
• You demonstrate a highly developed sense of responsibility and impress with your social competence and empathetic interaction with patients
• You possess digital skills and have good IT knowledge
• You enjoy teamwork and a meticulous and patient-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
• You work in a service-oriented manner and impress with your reliability and flexibility
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
