What You'll Learn
- HR Consulting: Competent advice to managers and employees on personnel and labor law issues
- End-to-End HR Management: Control of all HR processes – from recruiting to exit
- Labor Law & Contracts: Creation, review, and implementation of labor law measures and contract documents
- Process Optimization & Projects: Further development of HR processes and participation in HR projects
- Works Council & Compliance: Trustful cooperation with the works council and ensuring legal requirements
- Digital HR Tools & Integration: Support of duty roster systems, user support, and coordination of operational integration management
Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree with focus on HR management or commercial training with further education as HR specialist and several years of experience as HR specialist (m/f/d)
- HR Competence: Sound knowledge in personnel recruitment, support, and labor law
- Digital Skills: Very confident in using MS Office and HR tools
- Communication & Assertion: Convincing appearance, assertiveness, and solution-oriented working style
- Team & Commitment: High willingness to perform, analytical strength, and pronounced teamwork
- Health Protection: Proof of measles vaccination
