We are looking for you as a psychologist (m/f/d) for our pediatric oncology center at the Erfurt location starting as soon as possible.
What You'll Learn
- Psycho-oncological support for cancer patients and their relatives during inpatient and outpatient treatment in all phases of the illness
- Psychosomatic diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents
- Participation in ward rounds and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Crisis intervention in individual, couple and family conversations
- Clarification of individual psychosocial support needs
- Regular supervision and close cooperation with the palliative care teams
- Consultative activity on all wards of the hospital
Requirements
- Completed university degree in psychology (Dipl./M.Sc.)
- Previous experience in psycho-oncological care is an advantage
- Empathy and resilience in dealing with cancer patients
- Willingness to pursue further education and training as well as enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Legally required proof of immunization against measles
