About this Apprenticeship
Helios Stralsund is looking for students from 2027 for the dual Bachelor's degree in Midwifery (B. Sc.), full-time (38.5 h / week), with alternating theory and practice phases over 8 semesters.
What You'll Learn
- Supporting mothers and their partners through accompaniment, promotion, counseling and guidance during pregnancy, birth and postpartum
- Classic and family-oriented obstetrics and individual care during birth
- Carrying out prenatal check-ups and follow-up care of newborns
Requirements
- Ideally you have already completed a two-week internship in our obstetrics department. If not, this is possible before the studies by arrangement
- University entrance qualification or equivalent schooling
- Health suitability
- Meeting the entry requirements for the training under § 7 HebG
- Pronounced teamwork skills and empathy
- Legally required proof of measles immunization
