About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung in Stralsund. In bank sales you work closely with the Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work in a team at the point of sale in Volksbank and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster
- Understand insurance: get to know insurance and financial products and experience real advice with customers
- Work in a team: prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings
Requirements
- Realschulabschluss or (Fach-)Hochschulreife
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at the start of the apprenticeship
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year of training, plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries
- Talent-promoting structure: well-structured apprenticeship, mentoring program and in-house training and talent development
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance fits, shortening to 2 years is possible.
- Financial support: capital-forming benefits, learning materials allowance and travel or rent cost contribution depending on distance to the vocational school
- Modern environment: 30 days of vacation plus 24 and 31 December off, latest iPhone and notebook, collectively agreed weekly working time of 38 hours
