Deputy Head Midwife

We are looking for a deputy head midwife (m/f/d) as soon as possible for our Center for Obstetrics and Gynecology and for the Breast Center. Together with the head midwife, you will take on organizational tasks and help develop the department further.

• In this position, together with the head midwife, you take on organizational tasks and help develop our department further
• A responsible and varied field of work, flat hierarchies and friendly cooperation in an interdisciplinary team
• Modern technical equipment including digital documentation is also part of your daily work
• Extensive further training options, especially in leadership and education, complement your work

• Completed training or degree as a midwife and several years of professional experience in the delivery room
• Interest in leadership tasks and professional development, ideally through relevant further training
• Organizational skills, initiative and interest in shift planning, quality management and process design
• Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and enjoyment of team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation
• Empathetic, confident manner and openness to digital systems and innovative developments
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
