About this Apprenticeship
Join our team right away as a medical assistant (MFA) / medical technologist (MTA) in occupational health (m/f/d) for the Occupational Health Institute Duisburg of Helios AMAGS GmbH.
What You'll Learn
- Carrying out occupational health checkups, fitness and pre-employment exams, in the practice or directly at clients
- Using occupational health examination devices (e.g. hearing test, vision test, ergometer)
- Taking blood samples and giving vaccinations
- Coordinating consultation hours and supporting client companies with all occupational health services
- Assisting the doctors with occupational health measures
- Maintaining and preparing health records
Requirements
- Completed training as an MFA, MTA (m/f/d) or comparable qualification (e.g. doctor's assistant, geriatric nurse, general nurse (m/f/d)); career changers also welcome
- Strong organizational skills and a lot of own initiative
- Very good communication skills and team orientation
- Willingness to do field work with on-site consultation hours at clients, and a class B driver's license
- Confident use of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Legally required measles immunization
