Abitur Graduate Program Sales incl. Certified Retail Business Manager 2027

With the Abitur graduate program you combine the training "Retail Merchant" with the further qualification "Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK)" and also earn the "AdA certificate" under AEVO. The goal is to lead your own team as a store manager in the future. Training start: 1 August. Based at the Alexstr. 89 store in Duisburg. Theory phases take place in block classes at an external training center.

• 3 qualifications in 3 years: With our Abitur program you combine the training "Retail Merchant" with the further qualification "Certified Retail Business Manager (IHK)" and also earn the "AdA certificate" under AEVO – your goal: to lead your own team as a store manager in the future
• During the practical phases in the store you get to know our business from the ground up and learn how we ensure a great shopping experience with quality, freshness and cleanliness
• Whether stocking and presenting goods, ordering or working the checkout: you pitch in and give it your all
• We also prepare you in staff leadership so that you can soon take over your own shift
• To further build your skills you take part in various trainings and seminars – and you also earn the IHK trainer certificate
• The theory phases take place in block classes at an external training center (any travel and accommodation costs are covered by Lidl)
