What You'll Learn
- Dive into the world of retail and the varied product range during the 3-year apprenticeship
- Work through all sales areas and become an expert in customer service and business figures
- Help out with ordering, receiving, storing and stocking the goods
- Learn how to present the goods attractively to customers
- Give sales promotions a boost and make sure the store looks right in every season
Requirements
- You have your mid-year report card or your intermediate school leaving certificate, e.g. Realschulabschluss.
- You want to learn more about our product range.
- You like approaching people and have a smile for everyone.
- You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around our store opening hours.
What Kaufland Dienstleistung GmbH & Co. KG offers
- At least €1,250 gross per month in the first year, at least €1,350 gross per month in the second year and at least €1,500 gross per month in the third year, plus holiday and Christmas pay and 6 weeks of vacation per year
- Qualified trainer and comprehensive exam preparation in practice and theory
- After passing the final exam, very good chances of being hired permanently, plus a bonus for passing well
- Individual development opportunities and a wide range of further training
- Events and competitions, e.g. fitfortrade, as well as various discounts from fitness and leisure activities to the Deutschland-Ticket
- All information on pay and on holiday and Christmas pay refers to the collective agreement in force.
