• Turn numbers into insights: You analyze categories, assortments and competition according to the GS1 standard and thus find the growth levers of tomorrow.
• Understand shoppers: You answer strategic questions from purchasing, sales and marketing with deep insights into the world of our customers.
• Give recommendations: Based on internal and external data (e.g. GfK SimIT / AnalyzeIT, Nielsen Catcom) you develop concrete recommendations for action to fully exploit our potential.
• Support negotiations: With targeted supplier analyses, you optimally prepare our buyers for the annual talks.
• Present results: You prepare complex data in a user-oriented way and make it tangible for all departments.

• You have a completed degree in business administration, economics or a comparable qualification? Perfect!
• You also have initial experience in shopper marketing, category management or market research? Even better.
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in the analysis of GfK or Nielsen retail panel data.
• You enjoy working with numbers, data and facts and are experienced in creating analyses and presentations.
• A structured and independent working style, confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace, and very good German language skills in both spoken and written round off your profile.
