Project Manager HR Transformation

In the Personnel HR Stiftung team of Lidl Stiftung in Neckarsulm, you drive the digital shift by supporting the realignment of the collaboration model together with Schwarz IT toward a product-oriented working model, and you make the internal organization ready for the digital future and AI.

• Steering and strategic support of extensive transformation processes in the organizational structure and workflows of Lidl Stiftung
• Taking independent ownership of topics on implementing modern digital operating models, product-oriented ways of working and AI initiatives
• Designing and purposefully implementing holistic change and stakeholder management concepts, including effective storytelling for all internal departments
• Coordinating and moderating key interfaces between the departments of Lidl Stiftung, IT and external service providers and partners
• Gradually embedding iterative working models with a feel for culture and behavioral architecture as well as pragmatic optimization of project methods

• Successfully completed degree (Bachelor, Master or Diplom) in business studies, psychology, business informatics or a comparable field
• Several years of solid professional experience in HR, transformation and change management, organizational development or agile project management in an HR environment
• Strong iterative transformation mindset with the ability to lead teams and interfaces into new digital working models with structure, pragmatism and empathy
• Fluent German and practical English skills
• Desirable but not mandatory: knowledge of HR organization and compensation design, behavioral architecture, talent management or labor law
