• With your 3-year dual study program you combine sound theory with practical application in alternating phases, ideally preparing you for a responsible position in sales
• During theory phases you study at a dual university/vocational academy (Berlin, Gera, Heidenheim, Heilbronn, Lörrach, Mannheim or Ravensburg) and learn trade focus topics such as retail marketing, finance, or human resources
• During practical phases in various branches you learn our business and all key processes from the ground up – from stocking and presentation of goods through disposition to ensuring quality, freshness, and cleanliness
• Also in focus: staff leadership, KPI analysis, and implementation of our store concepts

• Abitur or Fachhochschulreife (completed theoretical and practical part) with good grades in math, German, and possibly economics
• Committed work style and enthusiasm for the dynamic world of trade
• Enthusiasm, determination, and high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independence combined with strong team player qualities
• Reliability and flexibility for mobile deployment within your region
