Medical Assistant - MVZ

The MVZ BG Klinikum Duisburg gGmbH, founded in 2022, specializes in the outpatient treatment of traumatological/orthopedic and surgical conditions. Our specialists treat statutory and privately insured patients as well as patients after work accidents and occupational diseases at two locations in Duisburg. Both locations have state-of-the-art outpatient surgery centers where surgical and traumatological procedures are performed.

• Appointment and patient management for various indication consultations in traumatology, including D-doctor consultations
• Communication by phone and email with our patients, clinics, established specialist practices and the practice-based anesthesia team
• Personal reception of patients and administrative admission of patients in the practice information system "Albis"
• Accompaniment and assistance of our physicians in consultations
• Documentation of services rendered in the practice information system (Albis)
• Performance of dressing changes after operations and procedures
• Performance of X-ray examinations

• Successfully completed medical or nursing training (e.g., MFA)
• Command of sophisticated German expression in word and writing and medical terminology
• You convince with patient- and employee-oriented friendliness, willingness to perform and commitment
• Proof of expertise in radiation protection ("X-ray certificate") or willingness to acquire it
• You are team-oriented, work in a structured and independent manner
• Resilience and organizational talent are among your strengths
• You have a stable personality that conveys security even in stressful moments
