Accounts Receivable Clerk - Finance and Accounting

• Independent processing of ongoing business transactions in accounts receivable accounting as well as accounts receivable master data maintenance
• Posting of electronic bank statements including electronic payment advices
• Verification, allocation and posting of incoming payments and other receivables-related business transactions
• Creation and verification of outgoing invoices and credit notes
• Processing of dunning procedures including monitoring and follow-up of open receivables including collection
• Creation and verification of accounts receivable payment proposal lists
• Collaboration with internal departments and external contacts
• Participation in the optimization and further development of processes

• Successfully completed commercial training in finance and accounting or comparable qualification with professional experience
• Professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in general ledger / fixed asset accounting in healthcare
• Knowledge of S4/Hana FI module and very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and a strong affinity for numbers
• Careful and structured way of working, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Team player with enjoyment of working with various departments
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
