About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship with R+V in bank sales in Schleswig, working closely with Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken. You learn to advise customers on insurance, planning for the future and financial investments. Training normally lasts 2.5 years and can be shortened to two years if your performance allows.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: work with the sales team in Volksbanken and Raiffeisenbanken branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: learn about our insurance and financial products and see how advice is given to real customers.
- Work in a team: prepare for customer advice meetings, handle follow-up work, create quotes and help the team complete contracts.
Requirements
- Intermediate secondary school certificate or university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of giving advice and learning about business topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driving licence at the start of training
- Also welcome: students who have realized they would prefer a new challenge with more practical experience
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed training pay: €1,455 per month in the first year, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third, plus holiday and Christmas bonuses totaling two months of pay.
- Support for your talents: well-structured training, a mentoring program, in-house training and talent development.
- Training normally lasts 2.5 years. It can be shortened to two years if your performance allows.
- Financial support: employer contributions to savings plans, a learning materials allowance and help with travel or rent costs depending on the distance to your vocational school.
- Modern workplace: 30 days of holiday plus December 24 and 31 off, the latest iPhone and a laptop, and a 38-hour working week under the fixed working agreement.
