HR Officer

To strengthen the HR department team in Hildesheim, we are looking for an HR officer (m/f/d) for on-site support at the Warburg location as soon as possible.

• You are responsible for the operational HR work for our employees in Warburg and ensure timely contract processing
• Independent, proactive and service-oriented support of assigned employees and managers
• Active shaping and continuous optimization of relevant business processes in the HR department
• You advise employees and managers on labor law and HR management questions
• Participation in HR projects
• You prepare all information for payroll and maintain digital personnel files

• Successfully completed degree with a focus on HR or a successfully completed relevant commercial vocational training, preferably with additional HR qualification
• First professional experience is desirable, ideally in healthcare and social services or the service sector
• Knowledge of working with collective agreements and the Works Constitution Act and of cooperating with employee representatives
• Knowledge of P&I LOGA and very good MS Office skills are desirable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, analytical thinking, reliability and a high degree of trustworthiness
