What You'll Learn
- Support of the qualified nursing staff in the care and nursing of patients
- Assistance with eating, repositioning, using the toilet, monitoring blood pressure, pulse and temperature, accompanying patients, personal hygiene and making beds
- Documentation tasks
- Housekeeping and other assistance tasks in the ward area
- You take responsibility for the design of your workplace, contribute your ideas and work on the further development of the team
Requirements
- Completed Ausbildung as a Kranken- und Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d), Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) or Sozialassistent (m/w/d)
- Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with relatives and patients
- Commitment to nursing and organizational processes
- Ability for team-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation
- Interest in personal development and new tasks
- Legally required proof against measles
