• Coordination and annual documented inventory of the clinic's stock, as well as best-before date checks
• Receipt of goods and needs-optimized distribution to individual clinic areas, as well as replenishment of material goods in the wards and monthly expiry date checks
• Documented returns management, returns and complaint processing including registration and processing
• Updating and maintenance of labels according to module supply, e.g.: label exchange, notification of cabinet changes in the ward
• Monitoring and distribution of deliveries within the facility in cooperation with supply management, as well as participation in continuous process optimization in the area of responsibility
• Independent flexible time management according to the requirements of the areas, as well as implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection, and hygiene guidelines

• You have completed an Ausbildung as a Krankenpflegehelfer:in, Pflegefachassistent:in, Notfallsanitäter:in, Rettungsassistent:in or Medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/f/d)
• You have an interest in logistics and an understanding of hospital processes
• You have a structured and reliable working style
• You have good PC skills
• You are an organizational talent and stand out with your commitment
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
