About this Apprenticeship
As a customer service employee you are the link between our customers, sales and operational handling in road freight. You strengthen customer loyalty by taking transport orders, being available for questions and offering tailored solutions.
What You'll Learn
- Customer support in the area of road freight
- Coordination with the specialist sales staff
- Proactive monitoring and reporting of shipments
- Receiving and processing customer inquiries and complaints
- Processing shipments in national and international freight forwarding
- Communication with customers and partners about shipment events
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk, ideally with some work experience
- Structured way of working, organizational talent and resilience
- Confident and reliable communication with customers and partners
- Experience with MS Office and ideally user knowledge of common freight forwarding software
- Very good German skills and good written and spoken English
