About this Apprenticeship
Support Hellmann's road transport operations through load carrier management and billing. Reconcile accounts, arrange account settlements, handle month-end closing, and buy and sell load carriers.
What You'll Learn
- Reconcile accounts monthly with customers, partners and transport contractors
- Monitor and organise account settlements
- Check network clearing
- Handle month-end closing and prepare the dashboard
- Buy and sell load carriers
- Prepare invoices and credit notes
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in freight forwarding; relevant further training is desirable
- Professional experience with load carriers
- Initial experience in supervising staff
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills and sound business judgement
- Good working knowledge of different ERP systems
- Excellent working knowledge of standard MS Office programs
