Commercial Employee Customer and Supplier Support

As an employee in customer and supplier support, you ensure smooth accounting processes with your careful and reliable work. You support your team and help optimize processes.

• First contact for phone and written customer and supplier inquiries in German and English
• Ensure timely processing of information for invoice complaints, payment runs and incoming operational inquiries
• Support accounts receivable and payable processes
• Close coordination of customer orders and inquiries with operational departments
• Help identify and implement automation potential

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• First experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) desirable
• Understanding of quotation, order and invoice processes
• Good written and spoken German and English
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Friendly and professional manner
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers and internal departments
• Structured and independent way of working
• Enjoy working in a team
