Commercial Clerk in Accounts Receivable Management

For the Invoicing area we are looking, as soon as possible, for a commercial clerk in accounts receivable management at our Fürstenfeldbruck site. The team creates and processes project invoices and monitors incoming payments.

• Independently invoice customers and ensure documents are complete
• Maintain relevant master data in SAP
• Independently book order intakes and contracts
• Handle special invoicing topics (e.g. TLB, credit notes, fixed-price agreements etc.)
• Support receivables management in coordination with accounting and controlling
• Help prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Handle travel expense reporting

• Completed commercial apprenticeship of at least 3 years
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in accounts receivable management
• SAP experience desirable
