Fleet Coordinator and Travel Manager in the West Branch

What you will move with us: Carrying out administrative-operational tasks to ensure compliance with the fleet regulations and the mobility of the white fleet, HIL's own fleet, and other industrial trucks; Processing, documenting, and monitoring authorizations for driving Bundeswehr service vehicles as well as coordinating and monitoring driving license tests; Ensuring timely and cost-optimized travel organization including organizing overnight stays and rental vehicles as well as train and flight trips according to applicable regulations; Tracking incoming invoices for bookings made and processing and releasing workflows in SAP; Participating in budget planning, forecasting, and fleet planning.

Completed at least 3-year relevant vocational training; Technical and commercial understanding, team and communication skills, as well as organizational and planning skills; A performance- and results-oriented as well as equally independent working style; Basic knowledge of vehicle law (StVZO, general inspection/emissions inspection, driving license regulations); Class B driving license; SAP and IT skills (basic knowledge of SAP S4 HANA) an advantage.
