HIL GmbH offers training with a future and purpose. You will work in technical, commercial or IT areas and, as a Bundeswehr partner, help keep vehicles and systems operational.

You will analyse and test the functions of passenger cars and their electrical, electronic and mechanical systems. You will work on training vehicles and, depending on the location, Bundeswehr vehicles and systems such as Dingo, Boxer, Fuchs, Fennek and Leopard. You will request and provide parts, materials, tools and equipment for specific orders. You will measure electrical and electronic values and signals and check electrical connections, cables and cable connections for mechanical damage. You will systematically search for faults and malfunctions, resolve their causes, document the work and use automated measuring and testing systems for fault diagnosis.

A convincing school-leaving certificate or vocational college qualification; school leavers who discontinued university are also welcome; a passion for working on vehicles; curiosity and a reliable working style; open communication and commitment to teamwork; practical skills and technical understanding.

Attractive training pay: €1,235 in the first training year, increasing annually to up to €1,385 in the third year or €1,445 in the fourth year. An apprentice tablet as a digital learning companion.
