Contract and Claims Manager for a Major Pipeline Construction Project

Full-time role starting immediately in contract and claims management for pipeline infrastructure projects. This key position carries central responsibility for successful contract delivery and offers career and development opportunities.

• Independently manage claims, including identifying, notifying and costing additional work
• Coordinate internal and external parties
• Communicate actively with clients, experts and construction supervisors
• Ensure contract-related documentation is maintained and help with project correspondence
• Work independently within the project team

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Experience in contract and claims management
• Knowledge of construction work in civil engineering, specialist foundation engineering or well construction
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Strong reasoning and negotiation skills
• Experience with major projects
• Confident application of German construction law
• Very good spoken and written German, at least C1
