Content & Production Lead

With the brands Holzprofi24 and Leondo, we operate leading e-commerce platforms for home & garden in Europe. We combine modern web technologies, data-driven online marketing and powerful logistics to offer our customers an outstanding shopping experience. For our consultation-intensive core assortments (e.g. patio covers, pergolas and garden worlds) we are looking for a hands-on Content & Production Lead (f/m/d). In this role you are not a theoretical strategist, but the central production force: you visualize premium products at the highest level, use state-of-the-art AI tools and produce high-frequency, high-performance creatives for ads, landing pages and social media.

• Independent end-to-end production of high-volume ad creatives (short-form videos, motion ads, UGC variants and image formats) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
• Use of generative AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Higgsfield, Cloudinary) to create photorealistic 3D visualizations and sophisticated product worlds
• Conception and hands-on execution of photo and video productions on site (in our showrooms and logistics center) including editing and grading
• Building, negotiation and operational management of an active network of creators and influencers
• Continuous development and implementation of new visual concepts for landing pages, product configurators and performance campaigns
• Analysis of creative metrics (hook rates, CAC, ROAS) in close coordination with performance marketing and rapid derivation of iterations
• Proactive testing and independent rollout of content with high implementation speed without lengthy approval processes

• Job requirements
• Proven practical experience in independent image and video production in D2C e-commerce
• Excellent skills in video editing, motion design and post-production
• Solid practice in productive use of modern AI image and video tools
• Practical experience in operational creator and influencer management (acquisition, negotiation, control)
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, contribution margins, conversion rates) and products with longer customer journey
• Strong hands-on mentality: you build, film and render yourself instead of delegating tasks to agencies or external teams
• Residence in the Frankfurt am Main / Offenbach / Rhine-Main area or willingness to attend regular production days on site in the warehouse and showrooms
• Negotiation-proficient German and very good English skills
