Truck Driver Trainer

HOYER GASLOG GmbH is looking for a truck driver trainer (m/f/d) for the locations Altenmarkt, Dormagen, Oberhausen and Schkopau.

• Developing and delivering practice-oriented training programs for drivers and customers, tailored to products, locations and specific customer requirements
• Planning and moderating Behaviour-Based-Safety (BBS) trainings to sustainably strengthen safety culture and promote safety-conscious behavior
• Professional support of technical trainings and ensuring a professional, structured onboarding of customers and drivers
• Carrying out regular accompanied drives to check safety and quality standards and to implement and promote best practices
• Analyzing relevant performance indicators, identifying optimization potential and supporting the development and implementation of suitable improvement measures
• Close collaboration with internal departments and customers to design safe, efficient and future-oriented work processes along the entire value chain

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree, ideally with a technical or educational background
• Experience in designing and delivering training; a trainer certificate (AEVO) is an advantage
• Class C driver's license required, a forklift license is desirable
• Sound knowledge of dangerous goods (ADR) and its safe application in practice
• High willingness to travel within the DACH region about three to four days per week
• Structured, independent way of working combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Communication skills, confident manner and the ability to inspire different target groups and convey knowledge lastingly.
