Apprenticeship as Cook (KSM model)

From 1 September 2027 you start your career at HUGO BOSS in the kitchen team. In the Food & Beverage team, a 3-year apprenticeship as a cook (m/f/d) awaits you, with varied tasks and placements in the staff restaurant "Good Times", the "Healthy" staff restaurant and the Outlet Metzingen Café. You work attractive hours from Monday to Friday.

• You get to know the Food & Beverage area in all its facets: preparation, cooking, serving food, customer conversations, figures, data and facts, and stock keeping
• Internal training steadily deepens your expertise
• Through Young Talent projects you expand your internal network
• Your school education takes place in cooperation with the Paul-Kerschensteiner-Schule in Bad Überkingen in block classes
• Through the KSM model you directly gain the additional qualification in kitchen and service management

• A good Hauptschulabschluss or Realschulabschluss; grades are important but not everything, the focus is on your personality, strengths and interests
• Good German and English skills, as you work in an international environment
• You love cooking, want to turn your hobby into a career and are passionate about good products and good food
• In your private life you enjoy being a host
