For the HALO BOSS Store in Düsseldorf, a committed full-time Assistant Store Manager is wanted from 01.11.2026 to support store management, lead a team and create first-class shopping experiences.

• Support the store manager by sharing disciplinary and professional responsibility for a dynamic, motivated team
• Carefully recruit new employees and guide them through onboarding and coaching to form a strong team that embodies our values
• Run the store together with the store manager and optimize work processes through targeted KPI analysis to reach sales targets and ensure the store's success
• Through appealing merchandise presentation and implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines, you ensure a first-class store appearance and turn customers into fans
• Optimize customer contact and customer relationship management by creating unforgettable shopping experiences and long-term customer relationships through appealing presentation, comprehensive advice and care

• With at least 1-2 years of relevant experience as a manager in fashion retail or a comparable position, you bring valuable expertise
• Successfully completed training in retail business such as retail clerk or a comparable qualification
• Thanks to your fluent German and English, you can also look after our international customers; ideally you speak another foreign language
• Solid IT skills (MS Office and ideally SAP) and digital affinity round off your profile
• Your strong sales orientation and organizational talent let you keep an overview and put customer needs first
