Assistant Store Manager, HUGO Outlet

HUGO Outlet Ingolstadt is seeking a full-time Assistant Store Manager to start as soon as possible. The role supports the store manager with team leadership, shopping experiences, product displays and customer service.

• Support the store manager by sharing responsibility for managing and supervising a dynamic, motivated team
• Carefully recruit new staff and guide them through onboarding and coaching to build a strong team that reflects our values
• Run the store together with the store manager and improve work processes through targeted analysis of key performance indicators to meet sales targets and ensure the store's success
• Create an excellent store appearance through appealing product displays and compliance with all visual merchandising guidelines, turning customers into fans
• Improve customer contact and customer relationship management through appealing displays, thorough advice and service that create memorable shopping experiences and lasting customer relationships

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as a manager in fashion retail or a comparable role
• Completed vocational training in retail business, such as training as a retail sales professional, or a comparable qualification
• Fluent German and English to serve international customers
• Sound computer skills in MS Office, ideally SAP, and confidence with digital tools
• Strong sales focus and organisational skills to keep track of work and put customer needs first
• Enjoyment of working on the shop floor and a practical approach that motivates the team to perform well every day
• Confidence, a positive manner and empathy towards customers and as a role model for the team
