Quality Planner

Ensure quality standards and customer requirements, continuously develop based on VDA, IATF 16949, and QS 9000. Systematically analyze quality problems and field failures, initiate improvement measures, and oversee implementation. Process customer and supplier complaints structurally and develop sustainable solutions. Plan, coordinate, and independently conduct audits and internal/external quality discussions. Support suppliers on relevant quality topics and conduct initial sampling. Plan and inspect products regarding appearance, function, standards, regulations, etc., and create appropriate test specifications. Document results and quality measures traceably and prepare required reports. Ensure and continuously develop the QM system per ISO 9001 together with involved departments.

Technical training e.g., in toolmaking or mechanical engineering with several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing/quality engineering and further training as master/technician (f/m/d) or equivalent degree. Experience in manufacturing and quality, ideally in automotive. Knowledge of metrology and various manufacturing processes such as welding, machining, forming, coating, and bonding. Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems. Good English skills.
