Social Services and Quality Management Employee

Permanent part-time role in the customer centre, covering social services and quality management in Simmersfeld / Bad Wildbad.

• Act as the first contact for enquiries and occupancy management, including initial professional assessments and introductory interviews
• Communicate with funding bodies and legal representatives
• Coordinate admissions
• Manage short-term stays with the homes and other Johannes-Diakonie departments
• Maintain data in Vivendi
• Provide expertise and act as a contact for adult guardianship law, including measures restricting personal freedom
• Handle applications and maintain related data
• Build connections within the Johannes-Diakonie customer centre
• Coordinate internally and support processes and projects
• Share responsibility for quality management in the two residential and care homes, working with their managers and the regional quality management officer

• A degree in a social field, such as Social Work, Social Economy or Social Management
• Confident use of common MS Office programs
• Knowledge of the legal foundations of social economy and social work
• Teamwork, social skills and strong communication skills
• Flexibility and independence in daily work
