Assistant to Head of HR (fixed-term for 2 years)

In this versatile position you are the trusted "right hand" of the HR department head of Alfred Kärcher Vertriebs-GmbH and independently manage office management. You take over proactive appointment planning and coordination, handle correspondence confidently in German and English and take care of travel planning including expense reporting. You also create internal communications, presentations and minutes – using templates and contributing your own ideas. As an interface in the HR area, you support selected special topics such as employer branding measures (Kununu, social media content) and the processing of bike leasing in cross-location coordination with HQ.

• You take over proactive appointment planning and coordination, handle correspondence confidently in German and English and take care of travel planning including expense reporting.
• You also create internal communications, presentations and minutes – using templates and contributing your own ideas.
• As an interface in the HR area, you support selected special topics such as employer branding measures (Kununu, social media content) and the processing of bike leasing in cross-location coordination with HQ.

• A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as European secretary / European assistant, office clerk, foreign language correspondent) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally several years of professional experience in assistance or secretarial work.
• Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace tools. Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Negotiation-proficient German and good English skills as well as strong and reliable communication skills.
