Project Manager International Special Customer Business

In this position you will manage diverse projects for our special customers on a national and international level (for example the German Armed Forces). You bear overall responsibility for our project goals: customer satisfaction while meeting all deadlines and budgets. As a project manager you lead interdisciplinary teams and report regularly to management. You coordinate all phases from order clarification, conception, development and prototype construction through to acceptance and testing of devices/modules. You report milestones regularly to all involved committees. Furthermore, you strategically develop our project organization and process landscape.

• As a project manager you lead interdisciplinary teams and report regularly to management.
• You coordinate all phases from order clarification, conception, development and prototype construction through to acceptance and testing of devices/modules. You report milestones regularly to all involved committees.
• Furthermore, you strategically develop our project organization and process landscape.

• A completed degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, technical business administration or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally with experience in government organizations. Former temporary-career soldiers with a completed degree are also welcome to apply.
• You are familiar with classic and agile project management methods - preferably with corresponding certification (e.g. GPM/IPMA, Scrum, etc.).
• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1) are essential due to our international contacts.
• Confident demeanor, negotiation skills, commitment, a strong results orientation and team spirit round off your profile.
