About this Apprenticeship
Independent performance of apparatus-based tests (ECG, spirometry, vision/hearing tests, blood sampling) and support of the medical team during check-ups.
What You'll Learn
- Independent performance of apparatus-based tests (ECG, spirometry, vision/hearing tests, blood sampling) and support of the medical team during check-ups.
- Qualified initial care of sick and injured persons on site as well as supervision of the ambulance area.
- Advising employees on health-related topics (e.g., ergonomics) and participation in company vaccination campaigns.
- Appointment scheduling, documentation, and administrative organization via Google Workspace in compliance with all quality management and data protection standards.
- Cross-site support of our external locations in Ahorn, Kirchentellinsfurt, and Waldstetten.
- Active participation in health days and annual campaigns (including check-ups such as blood sugar/blood pressure measurement).
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a medical assistant, nurse, paramedic, or a comparable qualification.
- Solid professional experience in acute medicine; experience in occupational medicine is an advantage.
- Routine in initial care, blood sampling, vaccination assistance, and basic diagnostics.
- Confident handling of digital work tools (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Very good German skills, good English skills are an advantage.
- Class B driver's license for occasional trips to external sites.
- Empathetic demeanor, organizational talent, independence, and enjoyment of teamwork.
