Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for IT System Management

You assist in the selection and procurement of hardware and software as well as IT services. You compare offers and are in contact with suppliers and service providers. You learn how orders, contracts, and invoices are processed in the IT environment. You handle inquiries in our ticket system and find suitable solutions. You work with various departments and international locations. You get to know different IT areas and participate in exciting projects in various teams.

You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) or a technical college entrance qualification (Fachoberschulreife) and want to start now. You bring initiative and enjoy learning new things. You complete your tasks reliably and can also work independently. You are enthusiastic about IT and economic contexts. You are a team player and enjoy working with different people.
