Graduate Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

In the Abitur graduate program at Kaufland in Ergolding you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. Full-time, permanent.

• More is more: in the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail merchant, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top.
• Your daily work will be exciting: the goods processes from ordering to sale and our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
• Develop leadership skills: take responsibility for a product area, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Analysis is your thing: help evaluate business figures, such as the sales of your store.

• Ready to go? You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or you are about to get it.
