Retail Management Training Program for School Leavers with University Entrance Qualifications, 2027

Takko's three-year training program offers an alternative to university, leading to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. It combines practical store training with classroom learning and preparation for store management.

• Practical training: Work in our Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including customer advice, product knowledge, product displays, operating the till and stocktaking.
• Classroom learning: Gain theoretical knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of classes at our Takko Fashion Academy near Hanover.
• Store management: Learn about leading staff and managing personnel so that you can run a store in the future.

• School qualification: Full university of applied sciences entrance qualification or Abitur; people who have left university without completing their degree are also welcome
