Abitur Program Store - Retail Business Specialist 2027

In Kaufland's Abitur program you earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility. First training as a retail salesperson, then further training as a Handelsfachwirt.

• More is more: In the first 1.5 years you complete training as a retail salesperson, followed by 1.5 years of further training as a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top.
• The goods processes from ordering to sales and our customers' shopping experience are in your hands.
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business key figures, such as your store's revenue.

• Ready to go? You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife, or are about to get it.
• Passionate about food? You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our range.
• You dare to try things? Of course! You like approaching people and can inspire with your communication skills.
• Can people count on you? Great. You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
