About this Apprenticeship
Start your apprenticeship at R+V Versicherung. In bank sales you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanken and learn to guide customers through decisions about insurance, retirement provision and financial investments.
What You'll Learn
- Combine theory and practice: you work in a team at the point of sale in Volks- and Raiffeisenbank branches and expand your knowledge at GenoKolleg in Münster.
- Understand insurance: you get to know our insurance and financial products and see what advising real customers looks like.
- Work in a team: you prepare and follow up advisory meetings, create offers and support the team with contract closings.
Requirements
- Realschule certificate or (technical) university entrance qualification
- Curiosity and enjoyment of advising and economic topics
- Motivation to learn new things
- Driver's license at start of training
- Also welcome: if you realized in your current studies that you would rather take on a new, practice-oriented challenge
What R+V Versicherung offers
- Fixed apprenticeship pay: monthly €1,455 in the first, €1,532 in the second and €1,620 in the third year – plus vacation and Christmas pay of two monthly salaries.
- Talent-promoting program: well-structured training, mentoring program and internal training and talent development.
- The regular training period is 2.5 years. If your performance is good, shortening to 2 years is possible.
