• A retail apprenticeship in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of advanced training as a Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce, plus a trainer qualification
• Responsibility for goods processes from ordering to sales and for customers' shopping experience
• Develop leadership skills through responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking
• Help analyse business figures such as store sales
• At least €1,350 gross per month during the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the agreed pay scale from month 19; holiday and Christmas bonuses and six weeks of annual leave
• Three qualifications in three years; accommodation and meals covered during school periods at an external education centre
• Very good chances of a permanent role after passing the final examination, with strong performance allowing direct entry as a product department manager; a bonus for good apprenticeship results
• Support from a trainer and thorough preparation for practical and theoretical examinations

• All pay, holiday bonus and Christmas bonus details follow the applicable pay agreement
