Graduate Program Store - Retail Business Manager 2027

Do you want to earn three IHK qualifications and take on leadership responsibility? In Kaufland's Abitur program you are part of a strong team from the start. In the first 1.5 years you complete the training as a retail clerk, followed by 1.5 years of further training to become a Handelsfachwirt (Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce). The trainer qualification is added on top.

• The goods processes from ordering to sale and the shopping experience of customers are in your hands.
• Take responsibility for a goods department, staff scheduling and inventory.
• Help evaluate business figures, such as your store's sales.

• You already have your Abitur or Fachhochschulreife or are about to complete it.
• You want to learn more about ordering and selling our goods and our product range.
• You like approaching people and can inspire them with your strong communication skills.
• You are highly motivated, reliable and can work flexibly around store opening hours.
