• More qualifications: Complete your retail specialist apprenticeship in the first 1.5 years, followed by 1.5 years of further training for the Bachelor Professional of Trade and Commerce qualification. You also gain trainer certification.
• An interesting working day: Take charge of goods processes from ordering to sales, as well as our customers' shopping experience.
• Develop management skills: Take responsibility for a product department, staff scheduling and stocktaking.
• Put your analytical skills to use: Help analyse business figures, such as your store's sales.
• Pay and time off: At least €1,350 gross per month for the first six months, at least €1,500 gross per month from months 7 to 18, and pay above the fixed pay scale from month 19. You also receive holiday and Christmas payments and six weeks of annual leave.
• More support: Three qualifications in three years, plus accommodation and meal costs covered during classroom training at an external education centre.
• Career prospects: Strong chances of being offered a job after passing your final exam, potentially managing your own product department if you perform well. Good apprenticeship results also earn a bonus.
